Thursday Eucharist Service at 10 am followed by a
Spiritual Practice Series 10:30 am t0 12 pm.

The Series for January will be:

January 6 - Lingering with the Eucharistic – Lectio Divina with Eucharistic prayer. Led by Rev. Helen Tervo.

January 13 - Indoor Labyrinth – Walking into the New Year

January 20 - The Cup – Meditation and reflection – Emptying and Filling

January 27 - Wholeness – Art Expression with Mandalas

Come for one part or both.
 The last Saturday of each month we will offer a variety of spiritual practices to learn, practice, reflect and experience God’s presence and action in our lives. Following is a time of quiet worship and song.
 
January 29      The Beauty of Chanting – Come listen & practice together – the Reverend Andrew Halladay

February 26    Anglican Rosary – We will make one and practice this form of prayer – Joe Baker

March 26         Hymns We Love & Why – bring your favorite hymn! – The Reverend Andrew Halladay

April 30 How We Read Scripture - the Reverend David Taylor

May 28 Ecology and Spirituality - the Reverend Cameron Gutjahr
 
Suggested Donation: $10 - $20.  No fee or registration needed for Sung Evening Prayer. Scholarships available upon request so all may come to Spiritual Practice gathering!

If you wish to donate to St. Andrew’s  you can do so in many ways:

  • Weekly Offering Envelopes put in offertory plate on Sunday’s or drop off at Church or mail your donation to St. Andrew’s 20955 Old Yale Rd, Langley City BC V3A 7P8.   

  • PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) option. Once a month, on or after the 12th, we submit to RBC our PAD file to automatically debit from your bank account. If the 12th falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, we process the file the next bank business day. To begin this process, call Carl Markwart at 604-575-3068 to provide your name and banking information. Three bank details are needed (usually taken from the bottom of a void cheque) – your bank’s transit number, bank number and your personal bank account number.

  • e-Transfer. You can just send it to the church’s email  standrewslangley@shaw.ca

  • or through our Canada Helps button on our website -standrewslangley.ca
